Family Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer is passionate about providing evidence-based, holistic and culturally humble individualize healthcare. As the founder and managing provider at Serenity Center for Health & Wellness, Jennifer has been primary care provider to the elderly and homebound community for over 3 years and has been practicing medicine for 20 years.

We offer a wide range of services, including preventive health care, easier access to other healthcare specialists, treatment of acute and chronic conditions, management of medication, and coordination with palliative care. Our goal is to eliminate the burden of access to healthcare and to improve patient outcomes in the comforts of their homes.

Platelet-Rich Plasma
Provides a boost to the body’s own healing ability by taking the patient’s blood and spinning it down in a centrifuge to separate out the platelets/plasma/growth factors, which are then injected back to the affected area – whether that be the scalp, face, or skin. Once the red/white blood cells are removed, the remaining platelets/plasma are yellowish-gold in color, which is where PRP got its nickname - "liquid gold".​

Note. *Medicare is the only insurance that covers Home Visits; due to patients mobility limitations. All other patients will need to pay a base fee, please see pricing page or contact the clinic.
Serenity Center for Health & Wellness does not accept medical insurance except Medicare in MD for our Elderly patients that are homebound. For this patient population, all expenses are handled the same as with a traditional medical office.
